I attended SLICE (Salt Lake Institute of Culinary education) the summer of 2023 in Salt Lake City! It was a very intense 12 week course but I learned so much. It’s been so amazing to watch your culinary journey with the Irish spin to all of it! I’ve been missing the personal touch to your pages like inclusive posts on instagram! I know you don’t us this behind the scenes but it such a privilege to be apart of it 🥹 I’m such big supporter of what you do and the warmth you bring to the artistry in your life and endeavors. I can’t wait to see what else you put on here ☘️
