Hannah, thank you so much for sharing! I am really excited to try this and it’s so generous of you and your cooking school to share the recipe with us!
I was fortunate enough to have stayed at Ballymaloe Country Manor while in Ireland. We spent the day at the Ballymaloe Cooking School. Seeing your posts on Instagram reminded me of that wonderful experience and informed me of your presence on Substack. So I am now following Goose Gazette 🫶
I have lots of wild garlic near me, but don't know which part to eat or how to incorporate it into recipes. If a clove of garlic is required, can I replace sit with wild?

Obrigada Hannah,
Quero me aventurar um dia nessa receita.
Hi I made this today.
Yet to eat it.
The egg yolks alone made a dry unworkable mixture so I used the classic italian recipe of one whole egg per 100g of flour instead.
I had to throw the other mix away even after 2 additional eggs
Is the recipe definitely 1 whole plus 4 yolks ( plus extra 2 if eggs are small )
I saw Ballerina farm maje this recipe and she mentioned that the pasta was very hard to work but she didn't have a recipe.
Looking forward to cooking my lasagne and thanks for the recipe
Can you make it in advance?
Excited to try this out! 🤍
Woow generosa🩷✨️🙌
Oh my gosh, I’m speechless. Ty. Can’t wait to try it all taking a deep breath of Ireland for all nice deep breath and thank you blessings.
It's like the movie Inception in recipe form.
End result looks delicious!

Sounds completely lovely! Had to look up the word “courgette” and learned it’s zucchini. Love that too!
Wow I can’t wait to make this! What a beautiful recipe!
Thank you, I look forward to making it as Lasagne is one of my favorite dishes. A lighter version sounds divine!
Hannah!! What a dream. ♥️
This looks soo good, Hannah!
